IT CONTRACT PLANS
An IT Contract Plan is effectively a rental, generally funded over two years, the rentals match the assets depreciation. Contract Plans are available to many companies who might struggle to achieve traditional lease finance or rental facilities.
It is important manufacturers and vendors introduce ‘challenging companies’ to us at prospect stage or as soon as possible. We will need up to 14 days to build and fund an IT Contract Plan.
IT Contract Plans are fullfilled via CFL approved and product accredited companies. The equipment and the term of the lease / rental dictate the size of deposit we will require. We fund new and re manufactured or refurbished products. Lease / rental funding is generally over two years although longer terms can be considered.
We are very happy to consider funding the IT requirements of any customer whatever the sector. The Contract Plans are designed principally to fund servers and associated peripherals. CFL has however significant experience in providing facilities for the following company types:
- Venture Capitalist Invested / Managed companies
- Academia / Research new start companies
- Business Turnaround Organisations clients
- Finance Companies requiring ‘top up’ funding for marginal propositions
- IBM, HP/COMPAQ, SUN, Direct customers
- Telco, Media and Games Companies
Software Finance via IT Contract Plans
We currently only fund Oracle software. Facilities can sometimes be created for the funding of some bespoke software products on request. We are comfortable funding operating systems and software as part of a server etc.
CFL are happy to fund support, maintenance and services if taken from a CFL approved company.
